Do not split CIALIS tablets; entire dose should be taken.

CIALIS for Use as Needed for Erectile Dysfunction

• The recommended starting dose of CIALIS for use as needed in most patients is 10 mg, taken prior to anticipated sexual activity.
• The dose may be increased to 20 mg or decreased to 5 mg, based on individual efficacy and tolerability. The maximum recommended dosing frequency is once per day in most patients.
• CIALIS for use as needed was shown to improve erectile function compared to placebo up to 36 hours following dosing. Therefore, when advising patients on optimal use of CIALIS, this should be taken into consideration.

CIALIS for Once Daily Use for Erectile Dysfunction

• The recommended starting dose of CIALIS for once daily use is 2.5 mg, taken at approximately the same time every day, without regard to timing of sexual activity.
• The CIALIS dose for once daily use may be increased to 5 mg, based on individual efficacy and tolerability.

CIALIS for Once Daily Use for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

• The recommended dose of CIALIS for once daily use is 5 mg, taken at approximately the same time every day.
• When therapy for BPH is initiated with CIALIS and finasteride, the recommended dose of CIALIS for once daily use is 5 mg, taken at approximately the same time every day for up to 26 weeks.

CIALIS for Once Daily Use for Erectile Dysfunction and Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

The recommended dose of CIALIS for once daily use is 5 mg, taken at approximately the same time every day, without regard to timing of sexual activity.

Use with Food

CIALIS may be taken without regard to food.

Cialis (Tadalafil)

Cialis or Tadalafil is an oral medication for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. It works in a similar way to other tablets for ED such as Viagra and Levitra.

Cialis belongs to a group of medicine called phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors. Blood vessels in the penis fill with blood to produce an erection. These chemicals help blood vessels in the penis relax, which helps the flow of blood. This results in improved erectile function. Cialis will be of no benefit if you do not have erectile problems. It is also important to realise that Cilais will not work if there is no sexual stimulation.

You should avoid taking Cialis if

• you are taking nitrates for treatment of angina (includes nitrolingual spray)
• you have had a heart attack or stroke recently
• you have low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure

Your doctor will advise you on how to use this medication. The recommended starting dose is one 10 mg tablet before sexual activity. If this does not work your doctor may increase the dose to 20 mg.

Cialis may be taken at any time between 12 hours to half-an-hour before sexual activity. It may in fact be effective for up to 24 hours after taking the tablet. It is very important to realise that the tablet will not work if there is no sexual stimulation such as foreplay. In other words spontaneous erections should not occur.

• nasal congestion
• facial flushing
• dizziness
• rarely, swelling of the eyelids, painful eyes or red eyes

This was encountered in one animal study. There has been no evidence that it does so in humans.

Cialis and diabetes

It completely detached and in a few weeks, the line and floaters went a away ( mostly ). I have no other issue ie. diabetes. pressure, glaucoma. Is it dangerous to use drugs like Cialis or Viagra with a PVD?

I have found that an extremely high proportion of of men with grade 2 diabetes have a low testosterone level which can cause ED. Also, it appears, cialis and viagara have little or no effect in these cases. You may have cracked my problem. I am consulting my doctor today regarding this. I'll let you know the results of the tests I will undoubtedly have to take. Thanks for all your help and kindly reassurances.

Before I caught up with him the first time he mentioned to me he had problems with ED and was taking Cialis. This had been happening for the last 15 years in his life. When I saw him for the first time, he was able to achieve erections with no problem but had difficulty ejaculating. He did a couple of times with a lot of help from me. Forward 5 months and we catch up again and this time he could not achieve any erection whatsoever even though he was still taking the Cialis.

Libido/ sex drive has a multi-factorial involvement and diabetes may not be the only factor involved. Though diabetes. particularly with high blood sugars could result in a low sex drive; other issues such as stress, anxiety, nutritional deficiencies, fatigue, anemia, a few medications/drugs, hormonal imbalance etc may need to be ruled out as well; before prescribing empirical cialis.

It upsets me to no and all my endo suggested was to use cialis. I feel this is a mask to the problem and I don't see a permanent solution in sight. I don't want any relationships because I just wouldn't know how to break it to my partner. It's tearing me up inside and it's all I worry about.

Saw a men's health doc about a year ago who straight up told me I'm too young to get ED and prescribed Cialis to get my confidence up. The Cialis works incredible, I get over 48 hours out of it. I've run the course of the prescription and the last few times with my GF have been back to the ED days. Even masturbating I can't really get hard enough to where I can sustain a good erection, which makes me wonder how much of this is performance anxiety or a biological issue.

I have high blood pressure and diabetes and believe this affects blood flow to penis for normal erection. I have heard of TV advertisements about Levitra for those with high blood pressure and diabetes. Would that be effective or is some other medicine or herb more effective? I have had no effect with Viagra or Cialis, but perhaps the dosage was too low. By masterbating I will get an ejaculation eventually but I never get "hard". Also, prostate trouble runs among males in my family.

I take it your on meds for your diabetes. You'll have to ask your Dr if you can safely take Cialis. Some meds can't be taken together and some meds can't be taken with certain medical conditions. Be safe and ask your Dr.

Erections are few and far between. and only with a lot of work from the wife and /or cialis. My doctor says don't worry about it. you have ED and wants me to go on daily cialis. I worry that there's a issue with bloodflow, nerve damage, something still wrong or damaged in the prostate or possibly some other problem that's causing the issues in the penis to persist. You've had ED for 10 years and taking Cialis. I am curious what your doctor told you 10 years ago and when he prescribed Cialis. 21 was a young age to have ED. I wonder if the body gets used to the drugs and eventually they are not so effective, and then they should not be taken on a daily basis but used only when necessary. Your diabetes is a factor, also. I would advise you to work with a urologist, and if you have, go to another as a second opinion.

It has happened before and do not want to go through it again. I talked to my doc and she perscribed Cialis to combat my problem. Problem solved right. Well, I am not fully into using the viagras of the world to help because I never experienced anything like this before being perscribed the antid's. Is this my only option while on these meds. hello everyone, I am a 20 year old male who has been masturbating since a very young age( maybe 9 years old). I used to masturbate everyday when i was younger, and still masturbate every other day on average but i prolong my masturbation, so i do it for hours. Now my penis has gotten sore and i only get weak erections. I feel like the harder the erection becomes the more sore it gets, so it stays really soft.

Before therapy, coinciding with HCV progression, and continuing through tx. 4. ED improved during and /or after therapy 5. No problems before tx, and no problems during or after tx. I also use to suffer from extreme and constant fatigue and loss of strength. I no longer have the fatigue problem and my strength is back thanks to Testosterone Therapy having boosted my T levels to about 780. Even so I still suffer from the ED. I can achieve about a 3/4 errection but never a fully very hard erection. The one I do achieve require much effort on my part ,if not I will loose the errection as quick as it came.

Visit with Urologist - He acted like I was crazy and had me take a diabetes test, which came back fine. Visits with new PCP - She was the most helpful and truly was looking for a resolution. She ordered a couple tests for which the results were supposedly normal, prescribed me a dozen viagra to try out, and referred me to a psychologist specializing in sexual problems.
